1. Who we are
WinWithTPT is operated by TechPlus Talent ("TPT", "we", "us"). It is a partner-only platform for registering opportunities, tracking delivery, and managing the partner relationship with TPT.
2. Accounts & access
Access is limited to approved partner organizations and their invited users, and to TPT staff. You are responsible for keeping your Microsoft sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. TPT may approve, suspend, or remove access at its discretion.
3. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for legitimate partnership activity. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other partners, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
4. Your content
Opportunities, comments, attachments, and profile details you submit remain yours; you grant TPT the right to use them to operate the platform and deliver the services you request.
5. Commercial terms
Commercial arrangements — commissions, reward points, project scope, and pricing — are governed by your separate agreement with TPT. Figures shown in the portal are indicative and do not by themselves create a binding obligation.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
