1. What we collect
To run the partner platform we collect: your name, work email, phone, company, country and website; the opportunities, projects, comments, attachments and feedback you submit; and basic sign-in and audit records (who did what, and when). Sign-in is handled by Microsoft; we receive your email and name from Microsoft, never your password.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace, review and approve partners, process and deliver opportunities and projects, calculate commissions or reward points, communicate with you, and keep the service secure.
3. Who can see it
Your data is visible to you and to TechPlus Talent staff. It is not shared with other partners, and we do not sell it. We may use vetted service providers (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery) strictly to run the platform.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored in Microsoft Azure. We retain it for as long as your partnership is active and as required for our legitimate business and legal obligations.
5. Your choices
You can edit your profile in the portal, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (subject to records we must retain).
